Introduction
Retrolisthesis is a medical condition in which a vertebra in spine becomes displaced and moves forward or backward. In most instances of vertebrae slippage, it will involve a forward movement of an upper vertebra, which will slip toward chest. Lower back rolls
This is the exercise in which stretches for the lower back. Few people are even unable to do this but those people who do this on the regular base feels relieve from pain. Slowly lift your knees to the chest and fasten your hands collectively behind the knees. Allow the body roll to the left slowly and then go back to the normal position. Rest for 5 seconds and do the same exercise on the right side.

Hip rolls

Standing, Position your hands on a wall or on the chair to stable you physically. Balance your weight on one leg. The second leg should bend slightly at the knee. You should be in such posture that the leg bearing your weight should touch the floor. Keeping the ball of the foot of your weight bearing leg on the floor and turn around your knee outward and then inward slowly. Repeat this exercise by repeating your leg.
