    The bananas are one of the cheapest sources to treat cracked heels. They possess moisturizing properties as well as rich in vitamins and minerals that help to promote healthy skin.

    Ingredients:

    •  1 ripe banana

    Remedy:

    Mash a ripe banana until it turns into the creamy paste. Wash your feet properly. Apply this paste to your cracked heels. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash your feet with slightly warm water. Then soak them in normal cold water for 10 minutes. Do this daily for few weeks till heel become soft and smooth.

    The combination of both rose water and glycerin is an excellent treatment for cracked heels. Glycerin has property to soften the skin. While rose water possess anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties. It also act as anti-oxidant.

    Ingredients:

    • Rosewater: 2 Tablespoon
    • Glycerin: 2 Tablespoon

    Remedy:

    Mix equal amounts of both ingredients. Rub the mixture on heels. Try this once a day preferably before going to bed at night.
