If you suffer from arsenicosis or poisoning due to any other material like gold or mercury, pumpkin seeds can be very beneficial.

Ingredients

  • Okra powder: 1 tbsp
  • Pumpkin seeds: 2 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper: 1/2 tsp
