- Cumin: 1/2 tsp
- Parsley: 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Roasted peppers: 4 ounce (skin removed)
- Fresh garlic: 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
- Cayenne pepper: a pinch
- Baked sweet potatoes: 15 ounce
- Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
Add roasted peppers, lemon juice, cumin, garlic, sweet potato, cayenne, salt and chia seeds in a food processor and puree them. Process it until you obtain a fine smooth mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
