Super Nutritious Curd Rice

Rice is a good source of carbohydrates where is curd is protein rich source of food. When both of these are combined, you get a super nutritious healthy recipe to fulfil your protein and energy requirements. It adds a lot of nutrition to your diet and also enhances the growth of your hair owing to its hair growth properties. This delicious recipe is good to solve hair problems.


  • Curd: 1 bowl
  • Steamed Rice: 2 bowls
  • Curry leaves: two leaves
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp


Take steamed rice and add a bowl of curd to it. Now add some salt and pepper to give it flavour. Afterwards, take oil and fry some of curry leaves in it. Do not brown the leaves. Give this ‘tadka’ to the rice just for some punch and zing. This is an excellent dish to be served at the dinner time.

Take any fruit of your choice and cut it into chunks. Take a bowl of curd and beat it.  Add fruit chunks into it. For some flavour, add honey and black pepper into it. Now mix it and place in refrigerator for some time. Eat it in breakfast. This is a very simple recipe but it is very healthy and nutritious.
