    Ingredients:

    • Skinless chicken breast: four oz boneless
    • Kale: 1 cup chopped
    • Amy’s Organic Chunky Vegetable soup: one cup
    • Asparagus spears: 10 small
    • Quinoa: Two Tbsp dry
    • Fresh ginger: 1/8 tsp grated
    • Soy sauce: 2 Tsp

    Remedy:

    Firstly take the chicken and wash it. Bake it at 350°F for almost 25 minutes. After baking the chicken shred it with a fork. Take a saucepan and combine the soup, kale, and quinoa, in it. Place it on the flame and bring to a boil until quinoa is cooked. It takes almost 15 minutes. After this step, add shredded chicken to it. Steam the asparagus, and then mix with soy sauce and ginger. Serve this steamed asparagus on the side.

    • Yellow lentil: ⅔ cup

    • White rice: one cup
    • Coriander powder: half tsp

    • Broccoli florets: half cup
    • Chopped coriander leaves: 2 Tsp
    • Honey: 1 Tsp
    • Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
    • Minced garlic: 1 Tsp
    • Garlic paste: half tsp
    • Olive oil: 4 tbsp
    • Salt: according to taste

    Remedy

    It takes almost 55 minutes in preparation. Firstly take a bowl and put honey, cumin powder, lemon juice, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and salt in it. Now put chicken cubes in the bowl and mix them properly. Place it aside for 15 minutes. Take a pan and put olive oil in it. Put minced garlic in a pan and fry it properly then add onions to it. Fry the onions until translucent. Now take carrots and lentils and put these into the pan and stir it properly. Cook it for few minutes. After this add broccoli, tomato, celery and paprika powder in it. Stir these ingredients for 1 minute. At last, add according to taste salt and one and a half cup of water put in it. Cover this cooking pan and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Take a cooking pot and boil 2 cups of water and put rice in it until it cooked.  Check lentils are cooked by quick stir, if not then give it more 10 minutes. Take a frying pan and put olive oil in it. Fry marinated the chicken in it and cook it properly. Meanwhile, lentils and rice both should be ready. Put rice on the plate along with the chicken. In small bowl serve lentil stew and garnish with coriander leaves.
